A graduate of the University of Colorado, Christie earned her PhD in Psychology worked as a scientist for 11 years before running off to become a writer. She lives in Denver with her husband, enjoys hiking and camping, and has a particular fondness for science fiction, aviator sunglasses, and desert landscapes.
